The
oil radiator fits in its own rubber mounted steel housing just
below the steering head-stock. It replaces the Benelli's original twin
horns which were replaced with Fiamm twin-tone types and hidden under the seat. |
The oil cooler pipes can be seen
appearing from underneath the Benelli's fuel tank having just passed
through the oil thermostat mounted above the transmission. Rubber
mounting the oil cooler radiator was felt essential to remove any
potential and damaging vibrations. Although this 6 cylinder engine is so
smooth, it feels more like an electric motor. |
The drilled holes in the side of the
steel silver rad mount are there more for aesthetics than race breed
lightness. |
