This
was the first car of its type by the late William Towns (of Aston Martin design
fame), a practical 7 seater, amazingly enough, based on BL Mini running gear although Alan
extensively modified it! Including; enlarging the engine to 1430cc,
adding his own
suspension design and fitting larger wheels. He lent it to CBS as an additional
pro-mo tool. The lady seated was Jackie, his secretary... honest! |
